Settlement of Property

Hello one there, Since, my grand father house was on sale after his death, my father decided to take over the property amongst his 9 spilts including him n his single mother share. We have given 3shares out of 9 and have duly registered in the sub-registor office saying that he n his family has no right claim the property and share amount of xxx RS have received.. in madurai ten years before. We were unable to settle the amount till then to others..Now, the property turns into huge increase in sale amount. Out remaining o e sister of my father is asking for settlement..she is oki to get her amount that was ten years before hardly 50k n also she is willing to sign on the deed anywhere...My sincere question is..We can follow the same procedure for registration that we did for other 3people but since the registration cost us more n we are unable to pay that..in this case how can we get her signature signed..Is it good to get her sign in 20rs stamp paper, will it be a evidence that she had received her share amount...please advise...we shall do a registration after once we settle all others...till then will it be evidence for us...
