Refund of membership amount paid to hospitality company

I have taken the membership for 12 years in the month of August 16 from hospitality company for tours & travel. But whatever they promise at the time of selling the membership they not fulfilling their promises. 1) They told they will provide membership kit in 45 days with 2 free gifts - they have send the kit without gift in mid Nov 16, & saying you will get only 1 gift. 2) I want to go international - the details they provided is not of professional standard & not of mush use to decide to go internationally. - even though I am having the membership I have to travel through other travel agent. So services they have promised they are not providing of professional standard - I have written so many mails & called up for refund of my money - they are not refunding. At the time we have signed the agreement mentioned that money is not refundable. But the truth is that we have taken the membership for the better services & not for their excuses. Please advice how can I get back my money
