Forceful Resignation with threat of Termination

Hello Sir/Madam, On 4th Oct I had last day at Client after 11 months of work, on 6th Oct 2016 my BizHR & DM(Delivery Manager) had managed a sudden meeting in cabin - and asked me to sign on Resignation Letter with threat of Termination Letter -- with telling reason of Low Performance rating for their work Profile. ( For This Profile DM had forced me to attend client's work business urgency to replace other person for short duration (3 month), without giving any training. They did not recall me after 3 month. On June2016, I got rating for performance till March2016 - I marked 'dissatisfied' in portal, but as per process no one PM/BizHr approached me ) In meeting, most objectionable thing to resign, was BizHR had already blocked my email Id, portal access ( My Professional Documents ) , employee Id, Drawer Keys before checking my opinion or any talk with me. When I asked what Process allow her to block my accounts, she could not show any, in fact no such process exists - nor I did any illegal activity, and low rating can't be base to block accounts having professional documents. When I denied resignation before taking required documents [Salary Slips, IT Statement, Leave Report ] , they given me threat of Termination, for which I confronted by asking what company rule I violated - to which they denied no such. In fact, they did not even followed some standard sequence of termination. So they didn't dare for termination. Additionally, I had proof of violation of company/Govt rules by BizHR in emails, that I raised by email from client and they never resolved or justified by sharing process- as no such process statement existed. They already had emails having proof of blocked transfer reimbursement /delayed parts of salaries/ blocked balance leaves of 2015 before transfer of Pune) without any process. But she already blocked all emails with blocked email account. I was transferred from Pune to Bangalore on 2nd June 2015 without any planning, even if I was reluctant for it due to my marriage on 18th July 2015. In this case too, given threat of job security with example of fired 2-3 persons front of me. I did my Initial only [Not full sign] on their formatted Resignation Letter, surprisingly, even if I asked to give me second copy with written accepted with signature [BizHr & DM], they did not, instead they promised to send it in scan next day. But they did not till now. Question 1 : Can I tell I did not signed and not resigned, only initial due to forceful circumstance ? They verbally agreed to provide notice salary [3 months - i.e: till 3rd Jan ], provided Oct, Nov2016 with delay. My trouble is, in last stage of other company, new HR is asking few below documents, but current BizHR is not responding, telling all is blocked in portal of my user id - can not be unblocked. 1. Resignation email, with approval of Supervision & HR 2. Scan copy of current Employer Id BizHR is simply harassing now, She had harassed me by blocking Salary Part/reimbursement even if defined in process - I escalated to HR Director too, and proved too, and get work done - even if delayed by BizHR, but not complained against her as 'Harassment'. Question 2 : Can I complain of Harassment now during notice period ? I was hired on 17th Sept 2016 for Pune Location for skill of 'R&D-Emb C', and they never given any work of skill 'R&D-Emb C', instead they transfer (not even deputation) me with family before marriage without any salary difference and given skill of 'PreProduction' without any training. Question 3 : What should I do to get documents, mandatory required to join other company ? Question 4 : Can they block me to apply mediclaim in portal, my own professional documents ?
