Salary Issue with the Company

Hello, I joined one company on 15th October 2016. Its a drilling contractor company with on & off period. I worked for 25 days then went on break for 25 days. It worked like that in drilling contractor company equal on & off period. At the end of October month i received Rs. 46000 salary in my account but as per salary slip i should receive Rs. 146000. So in my first month they gave me Rs. 100000 less in salary. Upon asking HR told me, company is short of fund right now & they will give my remaining salary in the month of November. Which i never received. I was due to go back to work on 5th of December. Then for the month of November my salary slip says i should receive Rs. 130000. But i didn't receive anything in the first week of December. As per my company offer letter i should get my salary within first week of next month. But i never received for both the months i worked for. So i decided to quit my company without any notice period. Just because company is unable to pay salary. So i immediately resigned from my job without any notice period giving reason for resigning company not able to provide salary. As per my offer letter i am still on my probation period. There is clause in the offer letter for 3 months notice period. But there is no clause in the offer letter for notice period in probation period. My HR is saying you should serve three months notice period. I told him i am in my probation period, i can leave job any time with valid reason. My valid reason is non payable of salary in the time mention in the offer letter. I asked my company for full & final payment. But my company is saying you owe company money because you didn't give any notice period. Can anybody please explain can i claim my full & final payment from employer legally?
