My tenants are not leaving my place

Hello, I have three floors home, my own, at the period of 1982, My grandfather put a tenant on my first floor, the tenant takes the place for living but now he is operating a school, School in the house creates problem for my family because of noises of children, they kept teachers on very low salary and they are not actually real teachers but the needy who came on i think 700 rupees per month, the teachers have no manners to organised the classes and they have no manners fro handling the children, because of that children make lots of noise and indiscipline & that sound trouble my family everyday. However, this is the first inconvenience. Second, when we ask to the tenants to increase the rent, he say ok i will increase the rent upto 3000 but i need the receipt of 1800 as before, My father is not ready on this condition. Neither he is ready for renew the contract, he is damaging my property by not repair the water flow area, because of that moisture on walls at my ground floor. neither he paint the area timely, school benches are too old is about 1983. and still the same benches use for children, not proper lighting, not proper ventilation, he is playing with children future. I want to evict him as soon as possible, please advice the best legal ways to do his eviction..kindly do this as soon as possible, if possible please reply on my mail : - [deleted] many thanks
