What are the options for us in following situation?

A plot was purchased from a buyer with a loan which was obtained from a NBFC both at Lucknow. The legal was done by legal expert of NBFC for which we paid. Later the title of the property was found illegal and disputed. It was also found out the loan sanctioning officer of NBFC was associated with seller and therefore we lodged FIR against seller, officer and legal advisor of bank (nbfc). The NBFC everywhere mentions head office and corporate office in Mumbai. Initially, we paid two installments but after doubt we stopped paying installments. After 3 months in March closing two employees from bank requested us to pay March closing installments to save their jobs and we paid on 31st March by cash. This loan account had ECS. Now the bank has filed multiple so far 4 cases against us in Gurgaon, Haryana stating that their corporate office in Gurgaon which is not under section 25 of Payment and settlement act 2007 of which in two cases warrants has been issued. It is to harras us. Now, what are the options for us ? Can we approach Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High court? We want to avoid to go to Chandigarh Haryana High Court. Any other suitable opinion for us. Thx
