If the comllaint has just been filed under 498a then there is no need to go for AB because as per the judgement of the Supreme court police can not arrest tou automatically and you will be served with a notice.

And if you only have received the notice then the complaint is against you only

1This is mediation beofre registration of FIR. Such summons are sen to husband alone but that does not mean that od mediation fails then your parents or siblings would be be named in the complaint.

2. there is no need for AB just now.once FIR is registered and you are served with notice u/s 41(a) crpc then only apply for AB.

3. Attend the CAW meeting.there is no harm in attending it.

1) it appears that complaint has only being filed against you

2) you don't need to obtain AB as no FIR has been registered against you

Dear Concerned,

You might me asked by few to apply for AB - DONT DO THAT - just attend the dates and see what they have to say. Ask for the copy of the complaint. PLEASE NOTE their is no automatic arrest in 498A hence need not to worry.

Best of Luck

CAW has got no power to arrest or remand.

They can, after the mediation session fails,, transfer the complaint to the regular police for further criminal action on you.
