A property transferred during the pendency of lis is subject to the final outcome of lis. If the court has ordered a stay and it is violated then not only the transfer shall be illegal but it also amounts to contempt of court.

If the property is under lease then it can be sold as the lessee will become a lessee under the new owner.

The leasehold property after the demise of the lessee, the grandfather, shall devolve upon his legal heirs alone and not the grandson.

So grandson has no authority or rights for entering into redevelopment if the legal heirs of the deceased are alive.

The legal heirs of the deceased can apply for percussion for redevelopment from the land owner.

what are the conseqances if property transfered after lis pendense filed and propertycard changed during court stay?

The transferee has to be impleaded in the case if there is no stay against such transfer, but if there is a stay by court on such alienation, then it can be considered as contempt of court and a contempt petition can be filed

permission of lessor is required because he is the real owner of the property. you have no right to transfer this land except to make sublease with the permission of the lessor.
