I wrote a movie script and I wanted to copyright it, therefore I went and log in to the "copyright.gov.in" site. I provided my user id and password and filled the application. i did all and at the end paid rs 5,000/-
Now they want me to send the following below by post
1. 2 copies of work -
which I know my script, but is it hard copy or the soft copy? I would be fine if it's soft copy.
2. print out of acknowledgement letter -
which I can take online. Do I have to sign at the bottom?
3. 3 sets of application form duly signed -
application form has 3 tabs - "APPLICATION FOR REGISTERATION OF COPYRIGHT",STATEMENT OF PARTICULARS, and PAYMENT DETAILS
Now my question is do I have to take print out of all the three pages or just the "application of registration of copyright"?
if I'm not wrong duly signed means signature with date at the end?
4. authorisation from author
I really didn't understand what does it means? what do i have to do? Even I don't have form with me. do i have to sign at the end if I get the form?
Above are the documents to be submitted by post. Do I have to submit any documents online?

Thanks a lot for the reply from both. But I still don't know how to get "authorisation from author" letter/template. What Anilesh sir attached here is "authorisation to publish". Could you please help me on this? Thanks.
