My father owned the house he built the house by his own money all documents his name is there , but he let my father sister stay in the house temporarily now my father is no more and she refused to leave the house and filed a case against us so we cannot remove her from the house , now at written statement stage his lawyer is not giving statement nor my lawyer , my lawyer says he is not giving so I am not giving statement but I own the house now I have documents so why my lawyer not giving statement
You should file suit for eviction against your aunt
she only was allowed to stay in the said house because your father permitted her to do so as she was hi sister .she cannot claim any ownership rights on said house
Both cases would be clubbed together
if written stamens is not filed by aunt through her lawyer court can proceed exparte gain at your aunt
change your lawyer if you so desire
