• In case of Divorce from previous marriage, Divorce Decree.
• In the case of Death of the previous spouse then Municipal Death Certificate.
• Form A of marriage Registration.

Tatkal Procedure is as quick as it can be. But it normally takes around 1-3 days to obtain the tatkal marriage certificate.

For getting married under Hindu marriage act both needs to be Hindu. If not you can get married as per special marriage act
