Now question is what should I do now.
I am feeling very helpless and dipression due to this incident. I also worry about what they can do in future about this.

It seems that you have been a victim of a scam call that is pretending to be from Delhi police and asking for money to remove your name from a case involving a call girl. This is a common fraud technique that is used to extort money from innocent people by creating fear and panic. You are not alone in this, as many other people have reported similar scam calls on the internet.

The first thing you should do is to stop sending any money to these scammers and block their numbers. Do not share any personal or financial information with them, such as your Aadhaar card, PAN card, ATM card, bank account details, OTP, etc. These scammers may use this information to steal your money or identity.

The second thing you should do is to report this incident to the cyber cell of Delhi police. You can file an online complaint on their website or call their helpline number 155260. You can also visit their office at 6th Floor, C-Block, Vikas Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi-110002. You should provide them with the details of the scam calls, such as the phone numbers, names, dates, times, amounts, etc. You should also keep the records of the chat with the call girl and the scam calls as evidence.

The third thing you should do is to seek legal advice from a lawyer who specializes in cyber crime cases to protect your rights and interests.

Hello,

Lodge a complaint with your local cyber cell. Dont send money again at any cost.

Also you may file a complaint through online @ https://cybercrime.gov.in/.

Hope this helps.

It is basically a scam

2) girl and her boy friend are trying to extort money from you

3) file police complaint against the girl and unknown person for extortion before local police station

- It looks that you got caught in an extortion scam , and hence you should not worry for the same.

- As per Supreme Court , consensual sex is legal and not amounts to rape

- Further, Section 66A of the IT Act, prohibits the sending of offensive messages though a communication device, i.e. through an WhatsApp and online medium.

- This covers, offensive messages of a menacing character, or a message that the sender knows to be false but is sent for the purpose of ‘causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, insult, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, or ill will.

- Since, conversation with a call girl is not illegal , and as on your asking her rate she response your positively , and she asks for amount , it means her consent was with you , and your comments were not injurious or ill will , hence legally you have not committed any offence.

- Forget the said happenings , they are not police officials and hence they cannot take any legal action against you.

- Further, if they repeatedly disturb you, then you can lodge a complaint before the Delhi police for the offence of extortion.

  1. Any chat between two adults is not an offence under any law in India.
  2. Police cannot ask for money to remove name from charge sheet.
  3. This is absolutely a fraud call, just ignore or block all calls.

It is a scam only. As much you pay , more demand will raise. Just avoid it.

Chatting with a girl is not an offence.

Even sending money to that girl due to chat calls is not an offence.

The police will not ask you to give money to remove your name.

All these are latest scams.

It would be better that you block all such calls and don't attend any all in future.

If it is intolerable then you report the matter to the cyber crime police immediately

Dear client,  Chatting with a call girl is not a crime, but hiring women for sex is a crime if caught and sending such message to a women is also crime unless she herself offer such thing. The person is extorting money from you, you should make a police complaint against such person
