• Kharab land

@shahidhar sir we have already converted the agreeculture land to non agreeculture (NA) land 
after that we got approximately 6 gunta of "a"kharab land....now can we request the government make it as sale deed property ?because arround that area now there is all facilities like temple,school,garden etc so now shall we pay to government fees whatever that.
if the answer is yes the tell me how much should we pay our property come under gram punchayat.
