2. Choose Zebpay and write your complaint in detail.
3. Get money  from Zebpay

You have to find out the source through which this amount has been extracted from your portfolio.

If you suspect any fraud then you can give a complaint to the cyber crime police about it and follow it up accordingly

File a criminal complaint against Zebpay for fraud. A complaint can be filed in Court at the place of your residence in India. 

If it’s RBI regulated then you can seek remedy by filing complaint to banking ombudsman 

Serve legal notice 

- You can lodge a complaint against the Zebpay before the cyber cell online for the offence of cheating 

- Further, you can also send a legal notice for getting the refund of the amount with interest. 

Send legal notice followed by consumer case if money not refiled.

You may also check your account activity and transaction history on their platform to see if there is any record of the withdrawal.
