I'm sorry to hear about your loss and the difficult situation you are facing with the false FIR and lack of action from the police station.

You can take the following steps to address the issue:

1. File a complaint with the Superintendent of Police (SP) or District Magistrate (DM) of your area, providing all the details of the false FIR.

2. Document all correspondence with the police and other authorities to help build your case.

3. You should immediately move to the magistrate court and file a complaint under section 156(3).

Remember to remain calm and patient while pursuing this issue. It can be a long and challenging process, but staying focused and determined is necessary to achieve justice.

There's no point in frequently visiting the police station without any purpose being solved.

You can approach the higher police officer for direction to concerned police station for expeditious action including registering FIR.

If that's also not fetching fruitful result then you may approach judicial magistrate court with an application under section 156(3)Cr.p.c seeking direction to concerned police station for taking proper legal action on the complaint pending before them.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. It's important that you take the right steps to ensure that the police take appropriate action and conduct a fair investigation.

Firstly, you can file a complaint with the Superintendent of Police (SP) of your district or the Inspector General (IG) of Police of your zone about the inaction and false information provided by the police. You can also submit a written complaint to the police station where your uncle had tried to file the FIR, mentioning the details of the incident and the fact that the FIR was not registered.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the police, you can file a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission or the National Human Rights Commission, highlighting the inaction of the police and the violation of human rights.

You can also seek the help of a lawyer to file a writ petition in the High Court, seeking a direction to the police to conduct a proper investigation into the matter.

Additionally, if you suspect foul play or any other criminal activity, you can request for an autopsy of your uncle's body to determine the cause of death.

It's important to keep all documents and evidence related to the case, such as the police report, photographs of the crime scene, witness statements, and medical reports, to support your case.

I hope this information helps you take the necessary steps to ensure that justice is served.
