You can say that during earlier stage photos taken were misplaced or photos were never taken.you will not get the registered marriage certificate again
Update marriage date in original marriage certificate for visa application to Germany
My son got married 13/02/2022. This marriage was done purposefully for visa application of his wife. All rituals done in a temple as per the guidance of our lawyer. We did register and got the certificate too at groom's place. But when applied for dependent visa the visa authority for Germany has asked for a photos of bride and groom circling the yagna which was not a part of ritual while doing a marriage in a temple. To fulfill that visa requirement yagna marriage was arranged in December 8th at bride's side place in vadodara. Now visa authority is asking for new marriage certificate in which dates would be of 8th december 2022. How to convince marriage registrar for the same that we need a updated certificate with dates mention 8th of December 2022 instead of the old one .. pls help

Your marriage is already registered
you cannot get fresh certificate of marriage registration
Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you may approach the registrar of the marriage in order to change the name or anything on the marriage certificate
That is the requirement for German visa. Register marriage again in other place if you can arrange proof of residence. German Embassy is not amenable to order from Indian Courts.
You cannot change the marriage date at your whims.
The marriage is already registered on one date.
If the marriage had actually not taken place on that date by which it was registered with a marriage registrar, then you may have to get the marriage annulled by filing a petition before court under section 12 of HMA and then you may have to register the marriage once again on the proposed date
You cannot blame a lawyer for a thing done illegally.
At least now you may have to follow the legal procedures.
