PLEASE HELP AND GUIDE
1. Not much difference between training and induction training. It is job oriented training as distinguished from basic training that is, training that inculcates in candidate the capabilities for main training. Class room training and ojt both are induction training. 2. What is excluded from experience is, excluding teaching experience, extraordinary leave and sabbatical. Class room and ojt is counted as experience. Ojt is nowhere mentioned as excluded from experience. 3. Teaching experience, extraordinary leave and sabbatical are not counted in experience. You need not bother about the same.
induction training introduces new employees to their new profession or job role, within an organisation.[As a form of systematic training, induction training familiarises and assists new employees with their employer, workforce and job design. The scale of induction training varies between organisations, with smaller firms typically conducting induction in the early months of employment, in comparison to larger corporations who dedicate greater time and resources to its completion.
2) on job training should be counted towards your work experience
1. Induction training introduces new employees to their new profession or job role, within an organisation. As a form of systematic training, induction training familiarises and assists new employees with their employer, workforce and job design.
An employee induction can take place over a few hours, a full day, or, even a week – depending on the complexity of their job role, the number of people and systems they interact with, and the nature of their work.
2. On the job training is also an alternative to induction training and is given to an employee at their workplace while they are doing the job. However that may be considered to include the working experience.
3. Purely on training not performing any duty is a separate point which period can not be considered as experience whereas in your case as stated , you were posted on-job training. where you had been assigned duties, responsibilities and assignments definitely falls under experience of job and was not purely a training.
