legal fees vary depending upon lawyer engaged by you
2) it is necessary to peruse impugned order to advice whether you should file appeal or not
I had a civil suit against my landlord for verbally promising me to extend the lease beyond 11 months but later denying the same when I asked him for rent receipts for tax purposes. The case was filed on [deleted] and its judgment came on [deleted] which was against my legitimate interests. Now I need to file an appeal in the Gurgaon session court against the utterly biased judgment. Can I know how much the whole thing will cost? I am not happy at all with my existing lawers lackadaisical attitude. Regards Lokesh

There are no standard charges
The charges depend from lawyer to lawyer depending on his standing at the bar and experience
Were you able to prove the alleged oral agreement with the landlord that he will extend the lease period ?
From what it looks when a property is let for 11 months it should be mostly a leave and license and not a lease
Because a lease is a transfer of property and the lease deed is required to be registered unless it was a monthly lease to be renewed on expiry of each month. I dont think that's the case in your case
What is the nature of the document in your case that was executed with your landlord ?
You can change your lawyer and engage a new Lawyer for preferring the appeal.
The lawyer fee will be informed by the lawyer.
In the a above case it's difficult you will get any reliefs other than losses if any incurred by you
- As per law, if you are not satisfied with the order of the said court , then you can file appeal before the higher court against that passed order /judgement.
- Further , you have also right to engage a new lawyer without taking NOC from the existing advocate.
- The cost / fee is not fixed , and it depends upon the lawyer to whom you engaged for the said appeal , hence you can contact more lawyer for asking their fees.
Legal charges varies from lawyer to lawyer. Also, as per this website and advocate's act, quoting charges online would be considered solicitation which is prohibited for lawyers.

It depends on lawyer to lawyer,
