There is no specific visa called Spouse visa for India. For any foreigners married to Indians, you can get an Entry visa (X) through any of the FRROs in India. This visa doesn't give you any rights to be employed or do business, but you can stay for a long term in India on this visa.

treatment in established/recognized/specialized hospitals/treatment centres in India. Hospital Authorities must share the documents issued by them e.g. medical invitation letter appointment letter etc. as per the format Attendants/ family members of the patient coming to India for medical treatment may be granted Medical Attendant visa (MED X visa) co-terminus with the ‘Med Visa’ of the patient
An Employment visa is granted to a foreigner who is a highly skilled and/or qualified
professional. The foreign national being sponsored for an employment visa in any sector should draw a gross salary in excess of Rs. 16.25 lakhs per annum.
Foreigners employed in BPO/ ITES are not eligible for exemption from annual threshold
income limit.
Highly skilled foreign personnel being employed in the IT software and IT enabled sectors can get visa extended up to three years or term of assignment, whichever is less, with multiple entry facilities
