Power of Attorney
Hello, I've a piece of land that was registered in Tanuku, AP in my name. We recently found that 20 cents from the property was not registered and have to go to the registrar to get it corrected. I live outside India and would not be able to travel immediately. I need a power of attorney document that I can get notarized here and send it over to my father. Can someone help me with the language that will limit the POA to just have this correction done. I don't want a general POA that can be used for something other than getting this registration issue fixed

You need to provide power of attorney to any blood relative of yours and he has to find out an advocate who can make the power of attorney document to be sent to you to get it authenticated from Indian consulate in USA and send it back to the person please make sure that the document you get must be not arise from India before you proceed to Indian consulate
