Check whether he is having building permission from municipal authority. In all probability he must not having any permission coz running hotel adjacent of school is not permissible under zoning rules of municipal authority. If he is having a valid permit, he cannot shift the from one place to other. File a written complaint to municipal authority warning of legal action against them. I m running my affiliated school and some individual is trying to build marriage palace/ banquet hall And after i filed the complaint to local authorities and he moved to another concept of making banquet hall inside the hotel with adjoining wall of my school . Is it ligeal to build a hotel with banquet hall with adjoining wall of school

There is no bar for opening banquet hall inside hotel provided he has obtained requisite permission from muncipal corporation
merely because you share a wall is not ground to disentitled him from running banquet hall
If the hotel has a bar in it then yes it's illegal
It is not illegal if proper permission has been sought and obtained from the authorities. Give an application to the SDM and he will take appropriate action.

If the neighbor is not observing the laws for constructing the banquet hall by leaving proper set back from his proposed construction to that of the wall of the neighboring building, you can issue a legal notice and file a suit for permanent injunction against him objecting to his constructions being done violating the laws of the land as well as for blocking your easement rights.
- It is not legal to build a banquet hall in the hotel , if the permission from the competent authority has already granted.
