I came to the US as a student and got married to a US citizen in 2016 and she filled adjustment status for me, ever since she filed the immigration petitions for me she have treated me so bad, she threatens with police, Immigration and customs enforcement. We were scheduled to appear for a green card interview on 25th of August 2021, Saturday, July 242021 my wife left the house and block my phone number, I tried to reach her but I could not. Monday, August 2 2021 she texted and threatened to tell immigration that we are not married, I have the message. She did not come to the interview and I have gone to her mother's house and her work place to look for her and she threatened me “ something terrible will happen next time you go looking” Can I file a complaint? How can I file a Police complaint against her?

You should file a complaint with the police stating all these abuses and threats and they will take appropriate action. You should inform the police before she does otherwise she will feed them her cooked up story.
She filed adjust status for you and immigration petition. She has admitted your marriage with her which she cannot deny. As long as marriage is subsisting you can initiated proceeding for green card. Try of to obtain greed card as early as possible. Immigration authority can compel her to attend proceeding before then by issue her subpoena.

- If wife is not supporting her husband for the enjoyment of life and denying relation, then the husband can get divorce after filing a divorce petition before the court on this ground.
- Further, if she files a complaint against you then it may create trouble for your said visa apply.
- Further, as she has left you without your consent , then you can lodge a compliant against her after narrating that she herself left you without any valid reasons and further threatening for implicating in false cases.
If you have proof for the marriage i.e., the marriage certificate you may defend your interests accordingly.
You can also lodge a police complaint against her harassment and other domestic violence activities.
Whatever complaint you may have to lodge against it can be done within the local police of the country of your current residence.
You cannot give any complaint to Indian police for the incidences that took place in USA and she being an US citizen.

2. You shall have to address the said reason and settle the issues with her amicably.
3. What offence she has committed on you for which you can lodge a police complaint against her?
4. She is at liberty to refuse to help you in your getting the Green Card for which you can not agitate before the Police bringing charge on her.

Simply approach nearby police station and register FIR. Police authorities will take care of the rest.
If police authorities refuses to register FIR then you will have to approach nearest magistrate's court through lawyer for making private complaint. Then court will take note of your complaint and issues directions to police station to register FIR in your case and do further investigation.
