Make a written complaint to traffic police, Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore with photographs of cars parked on roadside. This is clear violation of  traffic Rules. Police will take action against illegal parking.

An application should be filed before the SDM and he will proceed under the code of criminal procedure against any such nuisance which may cause a disruption of law and order.

You may approach the local police with a complaint about the nuisance created by him by parking his  vehicles meant for commercial purposes, which not only hinders or obstructs your way to access road from house and vis a vis, besides you can make a complaint with the local civic body too about this with a request to instruct the consultant to park the vehicles in any other open place belonging to him instead of causing this type of inconveniences to you as well as to fellow neighbors. 

- Legally a person cannot approach the government road or street for parking his car without getting a proper approval from the competent authority 

- Hence, you can lodge a compliant against him before the Municipal corporation of area .

You should file a complaint with the police. After which you may file an injunction suit seeking to restrain him from parking his vehicle in front of your house and file a petition under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) praying for a stay.
