There is a used car consultant next to my house who keeps parking his cars for sale throughout our road which is causing a nuisance for the residents of the road as they struggle to find space for there own vehicles. I have requested him multiple times not to use the space in front of my house as we have our own vehicles sometimes he obliges but not always, please suggest a solution which can put an end to this problem. My house is located on a main road not the interiors.

An application should be filed before the SDM and he will proceed under the code of criminal procedure against any such nuisance which may cause a disruption of law and order.

You may approach the local police with a complaint about the nuisance created by him by parking his vehicles meant for commercial purposes, which not only hinders or obstructs your way to access road from house and vis a vis, besides you can make a complaint with the local civic body too about this with a request to instruct the consultant to park the vehicles in any other open place belonging to him instead of causing this type of inconveniences to you as well as to fellow neighbors.
