guardianship
like i asked hypothetical inquiries on domestic abuse, after removal of abusive guardian, guardianship is given to what type of person by court ? ( minor's uncle, aunt, other allies ) ? can a good hearted stranger be chosen by court if their relative seems hostile and have no good relationship with anyone ?
