If you want to continue with the prosecution of the divorce case,  you need not be bothered about her gimmicks in the court.

You firmly proceed based on your pleadings.

Hi, you need to pay the maintenance if she pursue the case. Simply she say Sorry, it does not mean that she has admitted your claim.  You have to prove your allegation then only you will able to get divorce.

Dear sir,

If there is a solid ground of divorce, like cruelty, the court might allow your petition of divorce.

Thank you

- If there is divorce petition is going on then such statement before the court is an admission of the offence

- However, if she asking to say sorry for relieving you or living with you then there is no legal importance for the same.
