• Advice on Property

Hi,

I wanted to know about legal assistance in Bangalore for issues related to BDA. The issue is about irregularities in allotment, and subsequently problems suffered by us. And the issue is retrospective. I wanted to understand if it is possible to get any resolution now on such issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  if the allotment is not proper then you have to file Writ petition in the High Court.

Dear client,

It depends on the date of the matter and the matter itself. It may be possible to get resolution if the date within which you try to get recourse is within the period prescribed by the limitation act. If said matter is not included in the limitation act, then you can ask for a resolution whenever.

Thank you.
