Hi, I wanted to know about legal assistance in Bangalore for issues related to BDA. The issue is about irregularities in allotment, and subsequently problems suffered by us. Hi, if the allotment is not proper then you have to file Writ petition in the High Court.

It depends on the date of the matter and the matter itself. It may be possible to get resolution if the date within which you try to get recourse is within the period prescribed by the limitation act. If said matter is not included in the limitation act, then you can ask for a resolution whenever.

Thank you for the replies. The initial error by the authority was pursued by us, which was later rectified by another irregularity which had gone unnoticed. The purchase at the time was by a reconveyance scheme, where land purchased by us from individual was acquired by bda and registered back to us. I am looking out for Bangalore lawyers who are familiar with bda past procedures.
