There is absolutely not legal problem if your use one decree and discard the other. But once you choose to one degree you cannot use other degree. You have to forget for ever.
You should not suppress any material facts
if you suppress facts about your B Ed degeee and subsequently it is discovered then disciplinary proceedings can be initiated against you
UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. A student can pursue two degrees in different streams as well as from different institutions
The commission in its latest meeting approved simultaneous dual degrees for students in India, allowing students to complete courses in the same or different streams at the same time. One of the two degrees, however, has to be through regular mode and the other has to be through online distance learning (ODL).
You can do graduation in another group even after completing your Post graduation. You can do the course as a Private student. Otherwise, you can do your graduation in distance education mode
- As per UGC direction , a student cannot do two regular course at a time i.e. in the same session , but can do one through distance mode and other regular.
- Hence, your both degrees are valid legally , and can be used the same as per your requirement for getting job.
- You can mention for both the degrees .
On 22 May 2020 , UGC approves a proposal which allows students to pursue two degree courses together, one through normal college classes and other through online mode.
