• What steps can be taken if a secretary/correspondent does not sign pension documents post retirement

It has been 3 months since retirement and the secretary of our college has not signed the documents and sent for further processing. This is an aided college in Andhra Pradesh, India.

You can to DEO under Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 regarding your grievance, the  Act  is applicable to Colleges as will, after that you can compensation to Secretary of Education State Government.
