What steps can be taken if a secretary/correspondent does not sign pension documents post retirement
It has been 3 months since retirement and the secretary of our college has not signed the documents and sent for further processing. This is an aided college in Andhra Pradesh, India.

File RTI application as to whether your pension documents have been sent for processing , date when sent , reasons for not sending the same
You can to DEO under Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 regarding your grievance, the Act is applicable to Colleges as will, after that you can compensation to Secretary of Education State Government.
A representation should be given to the manager of the college and a petition should be filed against the college for retiral dues.
If all your personal efforts have failed to fetch the desired results, then you have an audience with the principal and seek his intervention, if this effort also fails then you can approach the registrar of the university to which this college is affiliated with a complaint against the hostile attitude maintained by the secretary including his acts of harassment seeking intervention, relief and remedy. .
If you feel that his action is deliberate then immediately file a writ before the Hon'ble High Court for the relief.
