Divorce was applied in 2019 and final hearing came in Jan 2020. They said by feb 1st week 2020 I would have the same ready. however due to the Covid lockdone since Mar , I couldnt meet the Lawyer to get my divorce decreee. however even after a year , i still unable to get the same. Can someone guide how we can get it online or other option . As the high court in chennai is open only for judges . My case was filed in Chennai high court divorce applied under the hindi law

You should get certified copy of divorce decree with a month of so of application

As you have mentioned that the divorce is already granted, now you only have to receive the copy of judgement. In case you have the case details with you, you could access Madras High Court website and research for an online copy of that judgement.

You should contact your lawyer on this becasue the high court complex is now closed again from 8th Mar 2021 due to corona pandemic.
In the recent past the high court complex was opened for all litigants of the lower court for a period of more than two to three months.
You failed to utilize the situation hence you may have to either wait for the reopen of the high court complex or contact your lawyer on further issues.
