You can demand your share ie alimony and maintenance. You cannot stop him from giving his self earned property away to anyone.
Dear Ma'am,
As per law if he has carried out all the procedures lawfully without playing upon any fraud then this cannot be stopped. However, this will not restrict or change your legal rights as a wife. Thank you.
You have to write more details viz., location, type of legal entity and other vital information.

Your husband is hell bent upon committing suicide by making his paramour majority share holder.
Now only way to save this company to get those shares transferred in your name.
Start ding this .
1. A third person lady has become the director of the firm owned by you with 75% share thereof.
2. No body has any right to interfere in to the above matter unless he/she is the co-owner of the said Firm and such transfer of share has taken place without his/her consent.
- Since, you are legal wife , then he cannot transfer or named his business in the name of any other lady.
- You can claim a right over his business legally , as law permits a wife to know the income and dealings of husband.
- However , if she is a business partner , then he can do the same .
- Further , you have your right to claim alimony/maintenance from him .
You cannot claim any share in the business being not a partner of the business neither you may have any rights to stop him from doing his business along with his mistress as a partner of the partnership firm.
If you do not want to live with him anymore or if this situation is intolerable you can file a divorce petition or if he is not giving you money for maintenance nd if you are unemployed without any source of income to sustain your expenses then you can file a maintenance case under section 125 cr.p.c. before an Indian court.
