• Fighting for permanent electricity and BWSSB from builder for non-OC project

Builder has promised for providing individual permanent electricity and BWSSB even though there is no OC for the apartment built. But he is reluctant and not providing the basic/essential amenities. Please suggest how to go for consumer court asking for Permanent Electricity and BWSSB

The builder has committed efficiency in service by not providing the OC as well as post sales service.

You collect documentary evidences for your grievances and the complaint that you propose to file, consult a local lawyer and file the proposed complaint before the appropriate consumer forum

Issue legal notice to builder to provide permanent electricity connection and obtain OC

2) if builder fails to do so file complaint against builder before RERA or consumer forum and seek orders to direct builder to obtain OC and provide electricity connection

As this comes under the term deficiency in service so you can go to consumer court.
