It should not cause any problems as first name and surname are the same

2) affidavit can be executed that both are one and same person

No that won't cause any problems as only your documents would be seen not your mother's. If at all any problems do arise you may always file an affidavit stating the difference and stating that both of them are the same.

The documents verification for any employment will be restricted to your documents alone and not your mother's documents.

If your mother's name is one and the same in all your documents, then the company or the government verification authority will not be interested in verifying your mother's documents.

Hence you dont create a problem for yourself by letting out this cat out of bag.

Yes this may cause problems in future. So file a specific performance suit against the board of 10th and 12th for getting the amendments done in Certificates

Getting changed in your educational certificates might be tough. It is advisable change her name through declarations given in Court, Newspaper and Gazette as well that she is known by both names and both names are of her.

- As per law, you cannot change or correct name etc in any academic certificates after 2 years from the date of passing of that qualification , except a court order.

- Further as all her documents having her different , then after executing an Affidavit or publishing in the official gazette , you can change /correct names  of your mother.

- Better you should try to change her name in any single document in support of your educational certificates.

- However, it will not effect your govt job in future.
