1. How you will be held liable for your sister-in-law's misdemeanor, when she's a major in age.

2. Your sister-in-law is of age 21 years and she is independent to take a decision on her own and only she can be held responsible, if there's any apprehension of mischief in the incident.

3.  You can take the help of a local Lawyer and take his help in the matter.

4.  Legally, you can't be held responsible for this incident.

Saali bhag gayi, ladka bhag gaya, isme tumhara role kya hai?

Agar kuch nahin hai to fikar ki koi baat nahhin hai aur agar bhagane mein koi role yaa ladke ke saath koi rishta toh gadbad hai.

Saali ki age kya hai?

Ladke ki age kya hai?

On the same lines, you can lodge a missing complaint in respect of your sister-in-law in the jurisdictional Police Station.

- Tension lene ki jarurat nahi , aapki Sali bhagi hai Ladke ke sath , Ladki ko bhagane per FIR Ladke ke khilaf lodge hota hai , naki Ladki ke .

- After lodging a missing complaint , the family of the boy has tried to safe themselves from the offence of boy.

- The family of girl can lodge a complaint against the boy and his family for abducting the girl.

- However, you both are legally safe as i mentioned above.

In your case the girl is major and it is able to take decision for her life the option is only available to the wife aap the boy who has run away and if they have got married nothing can be happen in this case even if you go to the police as both the parties are major and if they are living together with consent this is not a crime.

Only when they are found and it is found that the boy has got married to this girls then only the case of bigamy can be registered against the boy by the wife of the boy

1. In case the family members of the boy are harassing you or threatening you, you may file a complaint before the jurisdictional police station.

In case the missing complaint is already filed by them and no names of your family are given in that case you may be rest assured at this stage that no action against you will be taken.

If you do not have any contacts with your sister in law even before she eloped with somebody, what is your botheration about it.

You can give a statement about your innocence about her whereabouts to the police in case of any inquiry.

There is nothing to be scared about it.

1. You will not be affected by this case until there are allegations against you for kidnapping of boy or honour killings of both.

2. But if they are alright then you will not be affected because the case will be against boy for bigamy.
