- Yes, you can attend GB meetings of the said Society for the said work , after taking a registered Power of attorney in your name from both of them.

- Further, by that POA , you can do transaction as required , however the POA should contain clearly clauses for the same.

You can provide genuine POA to perform all legal work on your behalf including sale deed, so you need to register POA with sub registrar with proper stamp duty and registration charges as per Telangana state.

1. First take information from the Society bye laws whether the relative of the flat owner can attend meeting on the basis of POA.

2. If it's allowed which is not so in every case then you can get the POA executed.

Let your daughter and son seperately execute registered General Power of Attorney to enable you to attend GB meetings, regularisation of land by Hyderabad Urban Development Authority as well as to sell those plots or to construct house, etc.

Yes,Definitely.

You may do so no harm.

But for sale or transfer of any land or property you need to execute special power of attorney before sub-registrar under compulsory regulations for registration of SPOA.

Yes that can be done. A general power of attorney or a special power of attorney can be made by the 2 and registered before the registrar.
