Sir, I am residing in Dehradun (Uttarakhand) by birth since 1987. My father is belong to Meerut ( Uttar Pradesh) and they are doing job in Dehradun since 1985. We belong to SC (Valmiki) community. In 9 November 2000 Uttaranchal formed and 2007 name change to Uttarakhand. After Uttarakhand Formed Dehradun Which then in Uttar Pradesh become Part of Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand govt brought the rule the only Family residing for 40 years has the right to Claim their self Caste Certificate. After this we got no chance for making caste certificate. So I have made my caste certificate by Meerut Uttar Pradesh govt. Now I am doing a govt job on the basis of this certificate. Now Uttarakhand govt changed their rule for caste certificate and now required time for residing in state is 25 years. So can I make a new SC certificate from Uttarakhand govt. Because I want to compete in Uttarakhand govt civil service exam. Please guide me.

You cannot make caste certificate from Uttarakhand as you are not residing in state for last 25 years
If your caste comes under the state list then your can do the same
You can apply for community certificate from your state on the basis of the certificate you have already obtained from the state of UP.
The caste certificate issued by the state UP shall be a precedent or evidence to enable the state of Uttarakhand issue the desired certificate without any hassle.
Yes if the rules have changed then yes you may apply for a caste certificate and apply for the job.
Please approach with application to Uttrakhand Government and attach your caste certificate issued by Uttar Pradesh Government requesting them to issue certificate if not then you will have to go to High Court for direction to Government of Uttrakhand Government to issue caste certificate as per rule considering your prayers in the interest of Justice .

Thanks a lot Sir, Now I can make my caste certificate from Uttarakhand state. But Sir Can I use this new certificate for my civil service examination Uttarakhand PCS as in my current job in ONGC (PSU) i am using my previous certificate from uttar Pradesh govt. Is this ok to use second caste certificate for another Govt job. And will my organisation Grant me permission for using my second certificate as they have no knowledge of my New certificate. Basically is legal to use second caste certificate in India. Please Sir Understand my situation. I hope not loosing my current job because of this.

You cannot have 2 caste certificate from 2 different states
you can have only one caste certificate
No you can't ise both the certificate in the single state. If revealed you may be prosecuted and your certificate will be cancelled.

You have to approach with an application to Uk Government and attach your caste certificate issued by the privious state Government requesting them to issue certificate if not then you will have to go to High Court for direction to Government of Uk Government to issue caste certificate ..

Yes, you can have "same caste certificates" from two different state govt. here you are not using "two different caste" certificate correct.

For the purpose of competition you should get new certificate but if not then can use your old certificate as the same is not a fake one or has become out dated as caste certificate issued once in lifetime.
