i want to know that accused person can appeal in highcourt after lower court verdict on sentence or just framing of charges...they can appeal in highcourt as my case is in dwarka court delhi.

The order of framing of charges can also be challenged in Delhi High Court.
the order passed by judge against accused is only section 471 ipc sir i want to know that accused person can challenge this court order again in same court or that have to appeal in high court. as my case is going in dwarka court under metropoltian magestrate.

It need not be challenged in higher court. It can be assailed in accordance with law in the same court i.e Dwarka metropolitan magistrate.
