Yes Pradeep, we have filed a declaration suite in court for change of name if you mean affidavit(annexe D or E) signed by notary and ad in paper. Let me know if it is something else.

Thanks for your answer. Marriage registration is with the old name which is done before change in name in passport. Does a prospective employer will be having concern with different names in last employment name and Education Certificates as planning to change name in current company?

Thanks Rajeev. Any implications if this is not done or when it will be required? The reason for asking this is, it took us around 1 year to get the name change in passport and I used the docs required for official gazette notification such as Newspaper publishing and Affidavit are a year old. So not sure whether it will be accepted by Publication department. I assume Pradeep Bharathipura and you are talking about different things. So bit confused.
