Yes in absence of any other proof it will be treated as your proof .

1.. You shall have to avail the birth certificate issued by your local Panchayat or Municipal Corporation by filing an application for the same.

2. While applying for the said birth certificate you shall have to execute an affidavit before the 1st class judicial magistrate affirming your date of birth as mentioned in your said TC attaching the copy of the said TC with the application.

In absence of any other proof like birth certificate or class 10th record it can be accepted as proof as if it only document for same.

1. Matric Certificate is proof of date of birth.

2. If there is no other document to prove date of birth then 7th certificate may be used.

Yes you can seek the same from that school which issued it or where you submitted it

Transfer certificate of class 7 is not the proof of your date of birth whether you have to produce high school certificate in this regard otherwise you have to get your birth certificate from the panchayat area head

Private school TC that too 7th Standard may not be accepted as proof of birth, you may be insisted to produce the birth certificate.

If you have 10th standard TC then it may be accepted, however you may try with this proof also.
