• BPSC AE result delay

Sir i m a candidate of bpsc assistant engineer 02/ 2017 . Bpsc had given a vacancy of 1284 seats for graduate engineers. Bpsc took the prelims examination in sep 2018. Answerkey were provided by the commission and objections wrere asked . The commission had to give 10times the seat in prelims examination result. The prelims exam result was declared in jan 2019 with finay answerkeys. 4 questions answerkey were challenged in patnahighcourt, the case was still in proceedings but the commission still took the mains examination in march 2019, court gave its final order seeing the interset of those unqualified candidates due to wrong or absurd answer keys , it asked the the bpsc to constitute a fresh expert committee for resetting of aanswerkey or in the case if the answerkeys were changed ,then to conduct separate mains exam for those newly would be qualified candidates due to change of answerkey
.the bpsc in return filled a LPa in double bench bearing no 642/2019 in patna highcourt stateing that those answerkeys were already set by expert committee comprising of professors of reputed institutions such as INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY etc. Now the matter is that bpsc is not publishing the mains result stating that result is ready but it would be only published after courts order. The last hearing of LPA was on 16 dec 2019 and yet there is no date for next hearing till today. The court had not put stay on the result.the bpsc is playing on the name of court case with the life of nearly 10000 candidates since the precious time involved due to delay. It has been 3.5 years still we dont have nains result still after mains result commission has to take interview and then final result... our lives are getting ruined.. please do advice sir what can be done on this matter or any way for speedy trial.. still the court has not put stay on result. Why the commission is not publishing the result??? Can we be a 3rd party in the case for quick disposal since it is affecying life of 10k students. Sir please do advice..phn no [deleted]

Hello,

File a fresh writ petition in the HC and seek direction for declaration of the result subject to the outcome of the pending appeal.

Any candidate can file application in court to release of results. But since the assailed order is not stayed bt DB, BPSC cannot declare result.

Since matter is locked before court - now with court directions, something can be happen. BPSC cannot declare result.

1. Even if court have not granted stay on result the commission cannot declare result because the order of case can change whole scenario of selection.

2. You can file a separate PIL for declaration of result for future of candidates.

Yes you may file a vakalatnama as an intervener if you haven't filed a writ petition.

Now an application for expeditious disposal of the case should be filed in the patna high court.
