My mother (55 Yr) illiterate, real name Panvesri Devi पनवेशरी देवी but in 1995 in voter card it became Parameshvari परमेशवरी. Tried to change but has no document as real name. In 2015 in aadhar card it is Parmeswari Devi परमेशवरी देवी. In ration card is voter card name. my documents has real name. My brother has voter card one. I don't have any ID proof of original name. If a gazetteed officer/MLA / municipal councilor give identity certificate, will it be enough for name change in Aadhar card? What is the format of this type of certificate? I am not able to find on website. Please reply If I keep this voter card name, how will I prove that she is my mother as her name in my educational document is different. Document has original name.
