Once gift deed is executed duly stamped and registered you are absolute owner of property

you can only request your parents to permit you use  of Borewell water

you cannot claim it as matter of right

- Since, you father gifted a part of the Property, hence legally you become the owner for the same, as once Gift deed executed , it cannot cancelled without Court Order.

- Further, on the ground of the proof of your staying in that portion of the property , you can easily apply for for getting water new borewell .

- As per section 11 of the Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011,you may grant permission after apply in BWSSB.

- You should fill up the Form No.1A for drinking purpose and can get the same from all divisions of BWSSB.

- Further you can download the same from the www.bwssb.org as well.

You cannot claim water supply as a matter of right.

You can at best request them for supply of water.

Since it is their bore well they only can decide about this.

You do not have any rights init especially if you had been paying for the water from the Well.

1. As the borewell is on their part of property so legally you cannot claim rights over water from borewell as its choice of owner of land.
