Translation form Hindi to English
We have received a legal notice from the Lucknow High Court. However it is written in high which I am unable to read or understand. I require a simple translation into legal English. I do not require to use this for any official purpose - only my understanding. So do not need any attestation/ notarisation. Where / who can do this translation for me? what could be the approximate pe page cost of translation? Thanks

1. is it from lucknow high court or from some lawyer of lucknow high court?
2. if it is from the high court then its not a legal notice. maybe a summon or something else,

You can file translator near court campus and they charge around 100-150 per page.
1. You shall find approved translators near the local High Court who can make the translation and hand you over the copy of the said translation duly signed by them.

Since your question relates to translation from Hindi to English ,
If so you should visit the office of a notary and request him to translate and attest the same as a correct version of the document from Hindi to English.
Indian notaries are Advocates and are competent to translate and attest the translation of documents from one language to another.
