Hello,

  1. You can get a legal notice issued to the company that sold the product to you seeking replacement of the product and explaining why you can't compromise with repairs and how they are liable.
  2. In case the company refuses to replace or compensate, you can either file for recovery of the amount spent or replacement of the product.

A complaint must be filed in the district consumer forum against the company.

Also a criminal complaint can also be filed for cheating and fraud.

You can issue a legal notice to the company and then approach consumer forum for relief and remedy.

You can also claim compensation for deficiency in service as well as for the unfair trade practice.

All the points mentioned in yor query  besides any other point as suggested by your advocate may be added to your pleadings in the consumer complaint case.
