• Harassment by wife and blackmailing to lodge case

Sir,i m facing a marital discord after marriage.My marriage engagement was held on may14, i have met that girl oneday, watch movie and other place also. after that i came to know that her parents are having criminal behavior and girl is immature and psycho and much rigorous . then i tried to escape from marriage. but i m having job. she filed dowry case, the complaint for rape(but i was absence on that date) then lodge FIR of rape(i was available at home) and include my all family in FIR, corrupt policy with police SHO and BAYAN according sec164.i treid much but lastly i have to get court marriage Oct14. after one and half year by requesting everyone my all cases turned off. but after marriage i am facing a lot of problems. i m having 2 and half year dld child. she is having degree but in actual illiterate,habitual to thieve others article and money, cut her wrist, and ran away from my home,from train in journey, every time demand money, never want to live with my parents, never want to go home and abuse much my parents, creating nuisance in society. abuse me and blackmailing to lodge dowry and domestic violence case and false allegation, every time conflict with me, abuse and self talking whole night. i am going to psychiatrist and counselor from last one year, but no improvement. she was misguided most of time by her parents and to demand money. please guide for better solution.

Make complaints against her in the police station that she behaves like psycho and attempt to suicide and run away from home.

 

Plus threats you for false allegations dowry and DV case against you.
