Honestly i need more details such as what are sections of the offences placed on you? Whether the court granting bail has imposed any condition to not to travel abroad or leave the jurisdiction of the court?
What is the stage of the case?
I suggest you to approach high court and get the case quashed if the case is false or baseless.
You must be booked under THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT, 1956. It will show in your police verification.
Approach HC for quash of FIR as No Case Against Prostitute's 'Customer' as There is No Legal Provision, Says Court;
yes you have to provide complete information of your case in the visa application form for PR this will definitely cause some Dent and you in getting the PR as your case is pending in India as soon as you get the PR you may not be able to travel back to attend the case it is advisable to get the case cleared well before the visa application because your police clearance will not be issued otherwise issued with the remark of Police case pending
1. IF a criminal case is pending in any Court, THEN it is compulsory to take permission from court for travelling, for which permission would be given by executing appropriate Bond of value thereof.
2. Depending on the sections of the court case you can also file for quashing of the case in the state High Court, by giving appropriate justifications & reasoning's.
In my opinion you can file a quash petition under section 482 of the Cr .P. C . before the Hon'ble High Court for quash the criminal proceeding against you
1. What is the case? You cannot make ambiguous quries and expect us to answer.
2. Grant of visa is a sovereign act by the country you wish to enter. The pendency of a criminal case is always a major obstacle in getting visa as no country wants an accused to enter its territory. Depending on the nature of the case pending against you the Embassy may or may not decide to grant visa.
