I am Traders in UP . I have purchased raw wheat from party Not supply the quality wheat to us. We have the settlement with him on 100 rs. Stamp & notry also but he file an FIR against me, mother & relatives as she proprietor of firm. As IO call from the police Station where the FIR is filed . I have sent my relative to police station. SHO of that police station told that I will file report 409 ipc not 406 ipc I will not Leave as such Or I can get anticapatory bail or any others thing can do to safe us Please help
