You should apply for anticipatory bail in session court for avoiding the arrest.

Sections levelled on you are non bailable so you will need to approach court for anticipatory bail.

If he implement you under section 409 IPC there is provision of 10 years of Imprisonment.

And in 406 IPC there is 3 year imprisonment.

1. Did you serve a notice to him for supplying you inferior quality wheat?

2. If the FIR is filed then there are two remedies-either apply for anticipatory bail (which is now restored in the state of UP) or file a petition for quashing of FIR in the High Court.

3. It remains to be seen what are the allegations in the FIR. So consult a lawyer once you obtain a copy of FIR,

You can file an application seeking anticipatory bail before sessions court for all the accused.

The false case can be challenged in the trial proceedings on the basis of documentary evidences in your support and merits in your side.
