Dear

If they are not allowing you to enter the matrimonial home you should file a case of domestic violence against your husband and in-laws.

This case will be filed under section 12 of Domestic violence act.

You have right to reside in matrimonial home as per  section 17 of the act.

You can claim various reliefs under this act such as

Protection order under Section 18

Residence order under section 19

Monetary relief under section 20

And compensation under section 22 of the act.

Other thing you can do is lodge an FIR under section 498A IPC against your in-laws for cruelty against you.

A case of domestic violence and cruelty must be filed against  the spouse. Also an application for maintenance should also be filed. It shoukd also be stated that you were forced to convert.

Dear,

This house is belongs to your in laws. You are married with your husband.

If your in laws not allowed your husband in their house, then you are eligible to

stay with your husband only, not in matrimonial house.

So stay with your husband any where.
