If GPA is registered then not required signatures of x and y
I am buying a property. A is the owner of the property. A and his wife are expired. A has three sons X, Yand Z. X and Y gave GPA to Z. Is Z alone enough to execute the sale deed to me. Do I need to get any signature from X and Y.

Z alone is enough to execute the sale deed. However, complete chain of title in original i.e. sale deed, GPA be obtained.
POA should be duly stamped and registered
