Without taking disciplinary action permanent employee can not be terminated. So no need to worry. No permanent employee either in govt. Or private sector can not terminated whimsically.
Sir, I am working in a state level university. My job has been conformed after 1year of probation period in 2015. Now my post is a regular post with salary as per UGC norms. However here I just want to know is it possible to terminate a job after its conformation and regularisation. Because many times our employers threaten us saying about termination of job. What are the legal possibilities regarding this?

See after.yoy are regularised you cannot be terminated like this there is laid down procedure and if.there is contravention of service rules then only termination can be there that also after providing proper.chance of hearing.
NO way, Govt. employee can not be terminated just like that, Strong accusation followed by high level disciplinary inquiry is must.
What do you mean by state level university ? If non govt, still termination acc. to appointment letter
Once a probationary period has been successfully completed the employee usually becomes entitled to a longer period of notice from the employer.
You cannot be terminated at whims and fancies of university
you ought to be given show cause notice
granted personal hearing
only if allegations made against you are priced can you be terminated
Legal possibilities are that now they can't terminate/dismiss the services with out proper legal procedure such as Show Cause/Charge Sheet etc to proper procedure in law has to be followed by them but in cases of moral turpitude still they have powers to terminate/dismiss directly.
If your performance is not up to the mark and your character role is not good the organisation can give you the notice and warning in this regard and even after the bombing if your performance is not improved the organisation me terminate your services but you have the option available to go to the Court against the termination by the management to force the management to reinstate your services by the court
Once you are a confirmed employee, the department cannot terminate your employment without any valid reason and without following the procedures for termination as per rules and regulation prescribed for this.
Your employer has no powers to do so as per his whims and fancies, hence dont be worried on this.
