My father name is "Shrawan Gurjar" in his documents, but in my documents his name is "Sarwan Lal Gurjar". I want to change his name according to his documents in my all documents (10th marksheet,12 th marksheet, Aadhaar card , pan card, voter ID card). What steps should I take ? Where to go , what to do? Also I want to change my mother name from "gyana Devi" to "gyana" in my all documents (Aadhar card,pan card, jati praman Patra, 10 th marksheet, 12 th marksheet,etc.)

Nam e can be Change in Aadhaar card , pan card, voter ID card not in certificates/mark sheets. And name discrepancy in certificates can be justify by affidavit that Sarwan Lal Gurjar & Shrawan Gurjar is one and same person and your father.

It will not be possible to get the name changed in the high school and the intermediate mark sheet.
Yo may get a same name affidavit made declaring that the name are of the same person.

See you can take an affidavit of same name from the father signed before notary for same name as it may not be possible for you to change name in marksheets and similarly in case of mother's name.
Further for Adhaar card and PAN card and ID cards you can apply for change along with affidavit and ID proof of the father.

You should firstly change your father's name (surname) in Aadhar card , Pan card, 10th Marksheet and further publish the change name in two news paper for publishing in official gazette.
You cannot change their names in the educational qualification certificates like 10 and 12 th marks sheet.
After making an affidavit stating that both the names are one and the same and belong to the same person and get a public notice published in a newspaper, you may apply for change of their names in the other documents accordingly
